 【中文无缝钢管讲解】:X52管线管采用动电位扫描、渗氢测量、U形环试样浸泡等实验方法和SEM、EDS等表面分析技术对API- X52管线管在H_2S/CO_2饱和的NACE标准溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂行为进行了研究。结果表明:阳极极化下无SSCC敏感电位;API -X52管线管的稳态渗氢电流密度与SSCC敏感性随H~+浓度增加而增大;自腐蚀电位下,API -X52管线管的开裂机理是氢致开裂型和阳极溶解型两种机制的联合作用,阳极溶解型这种机制通过氢致开裂型起作用。
